SALARY :-

Assistant Manager -

Rs. 26080–1230/ 2–28540–1490/ 12–46420–1740/ 2–49900–1990/ 4–57860 (21 stages)+6 stagnation increments of Rs.1990/- each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale.

At present, the total starting emoluments are around Rs.39,859/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates.

Staff Assistant/ Clerk -

Rs.17900-1000/ 3–20900-1230/ 3–24590–1490/ 4–30550–1730/ 7–42660-3270/ 1–45930–1990/ 1–47920 (20 stages) +9 stag. Increments of Rs.1990/- each biannually after reaching the maximum in the scale.

At present, the total starting emoluments are around Rs.26,950/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates.

Educational Qualification :-

Staff Assistant/ Clerk

Graduation from a recognized university and

Knowledge of English and proficiency in the local language (Telugu) are essential.

Knowledge of computers is essential.

For the post of Assistant Manager

Graduate or Commerce Graduate from a recognized university.

Preference to the candidates with PG also with qualifications in disciplines like Economics, Statistics, and also additional qualifications like Diploma from IIBF, Mumbai.

Preference will be given to candidates with computer knowledge.

For Candidates in service of PACS affiliated with the DCC Bank:

Candidate shall possess intermediate plus JDC/ HDC/ DCRS or graduation from a recognized university as on 1st October 2022.

A minimum of 10 years of service is required in PACS affiliated with the DCCB as of the date of the notification. The service register of the permanent employee of the PACS (affiliated with DCCBs) duly certified by the DLCO concerned, shall be taken as proof of service at the time of the interview.

Age Limit :-

18 to 30 years as of 1st October 2022 is the age limit, an individual needs to possess while applying for DCCB Chittoor Recruitment 2022.

For PACS Category, relaxation is given up to the age of 45 years, and other relaxations are as applicable in the case of the Reserved Category as specified in the notification subject to the overall limit of 50 years.

Application Fees :-

For candidates belonging to the SC/ ST/ PC/ ExS category – Rs.413/-

And for the General/ BC category – Rs.590/-

Selection Procedure :-The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the Online Test/ Examination and Interview.
