Diploma Trainee in Electrical Full-Time Regular, Three Years Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Systems/ Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical)/ Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE / M.Tech. / ME etc. with or without a Diploma is not allowed

Diploma Trainee in Electronics Full-Time Regular, Three Years Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication/ Telecommunication Engg/ Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE / M.Tech. / ME etc. with or without a Diploma is not allowed

Diploma Trainee in Civil Full-Time Regular, Three Years Diploma in Civil Engg/ Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE/ M.Tech/ ME etc. with or without a Diploma is not allowed

Age Limit :-

Only Indian Nationals who have attained the age of 18 years or above are eligible to apply for Diploma Trainee Posts @powergrid 2022.

Application Fees :-

The application fee for the candidates belonging to UR/ OBC category is Rs.300/- whereas SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

Selection Procedure :-

The selection process for the Diploma Trainee Post consists of Written Test (Computer Based Test only)

Part-I consists of a Professional Knowledge Test with 120 questions having specific questions of respective discipline.

Part-II consists of a Supervisory Aptitude Test with 50 questions written Test / Computer Based Test shall be of Objective Type of two hours duration consisting of two parts.
