Name of the Post Qualifications
Diploma in Mining Engineering of 03 years duration or Degree in Mining Engineering or other equivalent qualifications
Valid First Aid, Gas Testing, Overman Competency Certificate
Mining Sirdar
Senior Secondary school examination or intermediate examination (10+2) or equivalent Examination OR Diploma in Mining Engineering.
Valid First Aid, Gas Testing Certificate, Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency
Surveyor
Senior Secondary school examination or intermediate examination (10+2) or equivalent Examination OR Diploma in Mining/ Mine Surveying Engineering
Valid Survey Certificate of Competency
Age Limit
The Cut-Off date for determining Age Limit Criteria will be the last date of receipt of
Candidate must not be below 18 years of age as of 23rd January 2023.
The upper age limit is 30 years as of 23rd January 2023 for General (UR) & EWS category candidates.

Selection Process
The Selection methodology will comprise of Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
Based on the merit order of marks secured by the candidates in CBT, the shortlisted qualified candidates will be called for the document verification
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General (UR)/ OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer)/ EWS category are required to pay a Non-Refundable fee is Rs. 1180/-.
SC/ ST/ Pawed/ ESM/ Female candidates/ Employees of Coal India Limited and its
Subsidiaries are exempted from payment of application fees.
