APSC AE Jobs 2023 Notification: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by the Indian government or a foreign university.

The candidate should have cleared Part A and Part B of the Associate Membership Examination conducted by the Institution of Engineers (India) and possess a certificate issued by the Institution of Engineers (India) as evidence.

Candidates who have obtained their degrees through distance education mode will not be eligible to apply for the APSC AE Jobs Notification 2023.

In addition to English, candidates applying for APSC AE Jobs Notification 2023 should have sufficient knowledge of at least one official language of the State of Assam, namely Assamese, Bengali, or Bodo, except for candidates belonging to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council.

Age Limit

Candidates who are applying for the APSC Assistant Engineer Notification 2023 must be at least 21 years old and not more than 38 years old as of January 1, 2023.

The candidates selected for the APSC AE vacancies will receive a salary within the pay scale range of Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/-, along with a grade pay of Rs. 12,700/-.
